Meet rick Schreiber, CPA, CVGA, CGMA, M&AP

Rick Schreiber is president of ATA Capital (ATAC) and has 30 years of public accounting and advisory experience, with a focus on helping companies receive optimal value of their businesses. Rick is a partner at ATA, PLLC.

Rick has experience working with small, middle market, and multi-national public and private companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, technology, healthcare, construction, etc. Rick is also a certified mergers and acquisitions professional and leads ATA’s transaction advisory practice, which coincides with the needs of ATAC clients.

Prior to joining ATA Capital, Rick worked at BDO, a Global 5 accounting, tax, and consulting firm, as their National Leader of Manufacturing & Distribution, National Co-Leader of Industry 4.0 (Digital Transformation), SE Regional Leader of Retail & Consumer Products, and Managing Partner of Assurance & Advisory for the Memphis office. Before joining BDO, Rick worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in numerous offices including Charlotte, Philadelphia, San Jose and Indianapolis. Before joining PwC, he worked for a boutique accounting firm providing assurance, tax, and business advisory services to small business owners.

Rick is a graduate of Indiana University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration degree concentrated in finance.
